The challenge

Build a business that operates with AI agents and has real customers and real revenue within 90 days. The business must use at least one product from Google Cloud.

Required tech & constraints

• Your business must be operated by AI agents.
• Must use at least one product from Google Cloud.
• Participants must be above the legal age of majority in their country of residence.
• Specific countries/territories are excluded.

Submission requirements

• GitHub repo: Shared with testing@devpost.com and judging@hacker.fund (Public or Private).
• 3-minute video: Demonstrating AI in production executing key decisions.
• Written narrative (500–1000 words): Detailing AI usage, human vs. AI roles, job/economic opportunities created, and the business-building story.
• Revenue evidence: Such as Stripe dashboard export or bank statement and P&L (template provided).
• Corporate ID: If available.
• Expenses: Incurred during the hackathon period, including marketing and customer acquisition spend (disclose even if zero).
• Product evidence: Agent execution logs, API usage records, screenshots, or anything showing continuous AI operation in production.
• Customer evidence: Contact info of real customers (name, email, phone) and any testimonials or feedback.

Judging criteria

• Business Viability: Actual revenue achieved during the 90-day window and sustainability of the business model.
• AI-Native Operations: Extent to which AI is live in production and executes key decisions.
• Category Impact: Meaningful advancement within the chosen category, with credible potential for widespread adoption.

Prizes

• 1st place: $500,000 cash
• 2nd place: $200,000 cash
• 3rd place: $100,000 cash
• 4th place: $100,000 cash
• 5th place: $100,000 cash
• Runner-up: $50,000 cash (15 winners)
• Category Prizes: $50,000 cash each for winners in Education, Entrepreneurship, Small Business, Money, and Professional Services categories.
